Tracey Lee Alana Dimsoy. There are so many things I could say to tell the people how I feel about having you for a friend. RAE

Hello there! My name is Rae. I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Associate and the founder of Grace to Heal Counseling Services LLC in Columbia, SC. My larger work focuses on creating space for exceptions to thrive, allowing more people to live a life filled with grace. I also have an interest in and experience with trauma work and women empowerment. When I’m not growing with my tribe, I enjoy spending time with my dog Pongo, catching up on my  shows, and getting lost in a good book.
